Chefs Frank and Jordi curates a one-time bespoke menu showcasing imagination and talent through a play on traditional and haute cuisine. Presenting the Tapas tradition which best exemplifies Spain’s social nature, they seek to bring people together through the wide variety of flavours, allowing for a culinary exchange among diners. The dishes are served alongside premium whisky, Dalmore.

Dinner service will start promptly at the stipulated time; guests are requested to arrive 5 - 10 minutes earlier to be seated.

Seating Arrangement

$100Gourmet, in collaboration with local restaurant partners, maintain all rights to manage seating arrangements on the day.
