William Mahi

Chef-Owner of 210° Kitchen + Drinkery, Philippines

With 21 years of experience under his belt, French-Basque chef William Mahi is behind Manila’s newest dining destination – 210° Kitchen + Drinkery.


Prior to his debut in Asia, William worked with award winning chefs such as Michel Del Burgo at Taillevent and Alain Ducasse at Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée. He then went on to head his own kitchens in Beirut, Shanghai, Luxembourg, Istanbul and Athens – where he earned 2 Michelin stars for the restaurant, Spondi.
