Vijayakant Shanmugam, the executive chef of Hilton Singapore has a rich 19 year culinary experience that saw him working the kitchens of numerous 5 star properties across the region.


During the course of his extensive career, Vijayakant has worked with Michelin starred French chefs, Gérald Passédat and Gilles Gouchon. His culinary flair impressed many, with even Former British Prime Minister, Sir John Major requesting for Vijayakant’s creation to be served over the course of his stay in Singapore.
