Chef Sun Kim helms the kitchen of Meta, serving up Contemporary Asian cuisine along the vibrant restaurant scene of Keong Saik Road. His affinity with food was profoundly transformed when he chanced upon Chef Tetsuya Wakuda’s book. Full of zeal, he enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu and before long, was working under Chef Tetsuya’s wings.
Sun’s culinary vision is simple – to have a delicate balance of traditional food, with a dash of modern flair. Infusing his Asian heritage to French staples, he produces fresh, novel dishes that are familiar to the palate.
