Russell Misso, head chef of Open Farm Community (OFC) is a young rising chef with a decade of experience in the kitchen. At OFC, he works closely with urban farmers and a crackerjack team of talented chefs to create locally sourced, seasonal and innovative dishes. At OFC he works alongside gastronomy doyen Executive Chef Ryan Clift, who is also the Chef-Owner of Tippling Club, a mod-European fine-diner and bar which sits on the 12th spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, and is No. 31 on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
