Larry Koh is the head chef of SKIRT at W Hotel with almost a decade of culinary exploration. He built his foundations at Le Saint Julien restaurant with Julien Bompard and further refined his skills under Tomonori Danzaki at Joël Robuchon Restaurant at Resorts World™ Sentosa and Daniel Boulud at DB Bistro Moderne before becoming the Chef de Cuisine of SKIRT. Now, he takes on the role of Chef de Cuisine of W Hotel.
Larry adopts a classical cooking technique while tailoring his dishes to the modern tastebuds. Always drawing inspiration from new ingredients, his dishes are a reflection of his artistry and constant pursuit for individuality.
