Born in Prats de Lluçanès, Barcelona, Spain, chef Jordi Noguera, group executive chef & co-owner of FOC Restaurants comes from a family of chefs with a rich culinary history that dates back more than six decades.


Jordi pays tribute to his experiences working with Spanish master chefs in helping him discover his culinary philosophy: to renew and enhance Spanish cuisine.


Jordi’s creations pay homage to both Spanish and Catalan cuisine with inventive unconventional interpretations using refined techniques and quality ingredients.
