Felice Lo Basso was born in Molfetta in 1973 and completed his apprenticeship in large gourmet restaurants in Italy and abroad.In 2011 he was awarded a Michelin Star. It equipped with a refined style, always at stake between creativity and research, makes quality and respect for the raw materials its starting point. His cuisine is born of the sea and grew up in the mountains: as the link is the search for quality products, the desire to experiment with forms and colours, to mix tastes.In his restaurant Felix Lo Basso offers a high standard of cuisine, sophisticated elaboration of the dishes but with strong anchors to tradition and Italian raw materials.
