Edward found his calling to the kitchen at the tender age of 16, cultivating a wealth of experience working at prominent restaurants like Keystone Restaurant and Greenwood Fish Market and Bistro.

 

With more than 20 years in the culinary scene, his creations present a style that is fluid and à la mode. Known among his peers for his fervour and daring for bringing fresh perspectives to the table, Edward deconstructs traditional European cuisines, injects his creative and eloquence to create something that is novel.
