Drew Nocente from Brisbane, helms the modern Australian kitchen of Salted and Hung. Growing up in his family farm, his wonder for fresh produce and passion for cooking was ignited from watching and assisting family members in the kitchen. He has worked in some notable kitchens – Gordon Ramsay’s Maze Grill in London and Table No.1 by Jason Atherton in Shanghai.
Drew has always enjoyed the idea of experimenting with different flavours and techniques. His unique gastronomical delights are a tribute to his love for quality ingredients and hints at his Italian-Australian roots.
