Well-versed in the artistry of French cuisine, Sufian’s impressive and extensive culinary background include stints at Les Amis, The Cliff Restaurant at Beaufort Hotel, Iggy’s and Waku Ghin; where the latter two was named 45th in 2008, and 39th in 2013 respectively in San Pellegrino World’s Best Restaurant list. He then begun his journey at Restaurant Ember in 2014, before returning to Waku Ghin in 2016.


His creations are an inspiring balancing act that conserves familiarity and a delicate sophistication; presenting well rounded dishes that are uncomplicated and uncompromising on taste and standard.
