Chris Naylor

Head Chef of Restaurant Vermeer, Netherlands

Christopher began his career in the kitchen of the ‘Godfather’ of English Cuisine, Albert Roux. He travelled and worked in London, Amsterdam, New York before finally settling in Amsterdam and in 2005, took over Restaurant Vermeer. Going back to the basics, Christopher finds inspiration int he produce and works to get the most out of every ingredient.
