Beppe De Vito

Founder of Il Lido Group, Singapore

Beppe De Vito, restaurateur (Il Lido Group) and chef of Aura, is at the forefront of the Italian food scene in Singapore. Apart from cooking for distinguished guests, he has worked with respected Michelin starred chefs to the likes of Massimo Bottura, Tetsuya Wakuda and Tom Sellers.

 

Taking inspiration from Italy’s homely recipes, his culinary creativity is extensively expressed through showcasing original creations unique to Aura. His dishes maintains the honest and generous flavours of Italian cooking, elevated into a refined and elegant composition.
