Benoit Dewitte is one half of celebrated 1 Michelin starred restaurant, Benoit & Bernard Dewitte Restaurant in Belgium. Sparked by his mother’s cooking when he was young, Benoit went on to build successful career that saw him working in many prestigious establishments such as La Bastide de Moustiers by Alain Ducasse, Moulin de Lourmarin and L’Oustau de Baumanière.

 

Benoit is well known for his deeply rooted Southern French cuisine. His true genius comes in the form of effortless plating that elegantly masks sophisticated textures, multi-dimensional flavour profiles and tasteful aromas.
