Andrea is one illustrious young chef, with several stints that saw him working in fine dining restaurants in Italy, London and Singapore. His culinary career in Singapore is everything stellar working through the kitchens of ilLido as a Junior Sou Chef to a Senior Sou Chef at &SONS Bacaro.


Now, heading the culinary team at Osteria Art, Andrea’s extensive knowledge in Mediterranean cuisine and his Italian roots cement his position as a noteworthy chef. Central to his beliefs, using the best and freshest produce is integral to constructing well-conceived dishes.
