Adam Penney

Executive Chef of Three Buns, Singapore

A veteran of some of the UK’s finest restaurants, Adam helms the kitchen and leads the culinary team behind Three Buns, Singapore. Throughout his career, Adam has worked in the internationally known Chinawhite and one of London’s most fashionable restaurants – Lonsdale.

 

Before joining Potato Head Folk he was behind the enormous critical success of London’s ‘Patty & Bun’ – a burger restaurant described by Time Out as having “a reputation for London’s finest burgers.”

 

Adam continues his burger legacy at Three Buns, marrying his rigorous classical training with a deep passion for simple and honest food with hard hitting flavours.
